				<description>&lt;p&gt;At last I have a new Computer.&amp;#160; I now have Windows 7.&amp;#160; What a learning curve.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I sometimes miss my Windows XP.&amp;#160; Te new program has a lot of bells and whistles, I personally can do without.&amp;#160; But it was fun trying to learn the system and rebuild my information.&amp;#160; (Some things were missing)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, I just need to get caught up on things.&amp;#160; Please be patient, it will happen&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;Hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ours was quite.&amp;#160; We did hear from some friends in Chicago and they are doing well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've spent the Holiday catching up on some things.&amp;#160; I've finally finished entering on the website Mill Hill Seed Beads.&amp;#160; They are all listed for you.&amp;#160; I will try next weekend to add the Mill Hill Antique Beads. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Merry Christmas</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;I just love all the ornaments that customers have been working on.&amp;#160; There have been so many different ways of finishing these ornaments.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am still working on some ornaments to add to the shop tree.&amp;#160; This will be a display all year round.&amp;#160; I will be putting tags on them so you will be able to see what designer they came from.&amp;#160; Hopefully some day we will have the tree filled up.&amp;#160; Stop in when you can and you can some some different finishings on these ornaments.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;I've been contacting my vendors for Door Prizes for our 3rd Anniversary Party October 30, 2010.&amp;#160; Hope everyone is marking their calendars.&amp;#160; We are going to have fun with some specials, mystery discount, drawings will be going on all day.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; We will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.&amp;#160; I already have a few neat items for the drawings and more will be coming.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Hem Stitch Class</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;Our next class is the Six Hem Stitch.&amp;#160; The class is&amp;#160; August 7th.&amp;#160; The ladies are already doing some prestitching for this class.&amp;#160; We will be going over&amp;#160; the six different Hem Stitches and stitching one over on.&amp;#160; I'm so looking forward to teaching this class.&amp;#160; I know the ladies are looking forward to learning the stitches.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Etuti by Victoria Sampler </title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;I've finished stitching my project from Stitching Under the Oaks.&amp;#160; I've contacted Janice Lancaster to do the finishing.&amp;#160; For those of you who are not familiar with Janice, she does a wonderful job on finishing.&amp;#160; She does pillows, standups, ornaments, bell pulls, etc.&amp;#160; Her lead time at this time of year is approximately 2 weeks.&amp;#160; As we get closer to the Holidays this will change.&amp;#160; Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As soon as I receive my piece, I will take a picture and add it to the website for everyone to see.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Stitching Under the Oaks Retreat</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;I have finally recuperated from my weekend at Stitching Under the Oaks.&amp;#160; Thea was a delight to learn from.&amp;#160; Hopefully, we will have her back in the future.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We have so much fun at these retreats,&amp;#160; Next year, we will have a project from Meg Shinall.&amp;#160; Can't wait to meet her.&amp;#160; I've heard so mush about her classes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Everytime I attend, I learn or pick up some new technique.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;Most of you know that I attend a retreat every year in Fruitland Park, FL.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&amp;#160; This year our instructor is Thea Dueck from Victoria Sampler.&amp;#160; I can't wait to meet her.&amp;#160; I always enjoy her designs and am looking forward to learn some new techniques that I can pass on to you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The shop will be closed Friday June 4th and Saturday June 6th.&amp;#160; I will reopen shop on Tuesday, June 8th.&amp;#160; Feel free to come in and see the project we will be working on at the retreat.&amp;#160; Several of us are working on the prestitching at this time.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;Some of the Gals are now starting to do the cutting.&amp;#160; Yes they are nervous but doing well.&amp;#160; My piece is almost ready for framing.&amp;#160; I still need to put the beads on.&amp;#160; Right now it is hanging on the wall in the shop.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;More Customers are showing an interest in Hardanger and I have mentioned in the newsletter that you are welcome to come in on Friday's and I will help you.&amp;#160; I'm also looking at some other designs that will be good for a class.&amp;#160; So keep you eyes open.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

				<title>Emie Bishop Christmas Quilt</title>

				<description>&lt;p&gt;The group is doing well.&amp;#160; We are almost ready to start the cutting to do the Hardanger Parts.&amp;#160; One problem some have had, which I have explained to them right from the beginning, You cannot turn your fabric and cross stitch the floral design on the side.&amp;#160; You X's will not go in the same direction.&amp;#160; It is very important to make all your X's in the same direction on any cross stitch pattern.&amp;#160; When you turn your fabric, (unless you turn it upsidedown, your stitches will be going in another direction and it is noticable.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Anyone working on pieces like the Emie Bishops, please be careful.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
